This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Choung-Yaw Shieh, doing business as Meeka ("Meeka," "we," "us"), governing your access to and use of getmeeka.com and the Meeka iOS application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, joining early access, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
Meeka is an AI-powered stock research tool. Multiple AI agents analyze fundamentals, technicals, and market context and present a synthesized view of a given stock or question. Meeka is an educational and informational tool, not a licensed investment research service. Meeka is not a licensed stock analyst, broker, or investment adviser, and nothing generated by Meeka — including AI-generated analysis, verdicts, alerts, or answers — constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Meeka grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

If you obtained the Meeka iOS app from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Apple's terms with respect to your use of the app, Apple's terms govern your relationship with Apple, and this Agreement governs your relationship with Meeka. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering or joining early access. Meeka may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate this Agreement.
Meeka's outputs are generated by AI models using third-party market data and are provided "as is." AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Meeka does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, verdict, or answer provided through the Service, and you use such output at your own risk.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and the Meeka name and logo, is owned by Meeka and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Feedback you voluntarily submit about the Service may be used by Meeka without restriction or obligation to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this Agreement, misuse the Service, or if required to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive (including Sections 3, 6, 7, 9, and 10) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEEKA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSSES RELATED TO INVESTMENT OR TRADING DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE. MEEKA'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MEEKA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims court will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
